Group/Party Reservation Agreement

Climb On indoor rock climbing gym can accommodate a group or party climbing event under the following circumstances:

* A primary contact person for the group must make a reservation at least two(2) eeks prior to the event.
There is a 5 person minimum guarentee for a group reservation.

* A non-refundable deposit, to be paid when the reservationis make, is required to hold the reservation. The required deposit is $ 25 for groups of 5-9 people or $ 50 for groups of 10 or more. During the event, deposits may be applied to cover climbing fees or may be returned via a company check, at the discretion of management.
If the outing is cancelled the deposit will NOT be refunded! No date or time will be held without a Deposit.

* Rates include 1 1/2 hours of climbing & 1/2 hour int he party room. Equipment and belayers will be provided; we typically estimate 1 belayer for every 5 climbers. If the guaranteed number of persons do not show you will be charged for the number of climbers, confirmed for your group event; or $ 30.00 per extra belayer reserved for your party. To avoid this charge you must call 3 days prior to the party with the exact number of climbers attending (if other than the guaranteed number) ______/______/_______
Party room time is from ___________ you will be charged $ 25.00 per 15min. over alloted time.(No exceptions)

* All persons participating in a group event should wear comfortable shoes, gym shoes are required to climb.
Climbing shoes are not provided during group events.

* For groups with children under age 18, the primary contact person for the group will be given waiver forms when the reservation is made. These waivers must be completely filled out and signed by a parent or legal guardian prior to the minor being allowed to climb.
No one is allowed to climb without a waiver. Waivers are availabel at Climb On or online at www.Climbon.net

* These fees do not include belay checks, which require a non-refundable $5.00 per person fee; or orientations, which require a appointment and a non-refundable $40.00 per person fee. Persons who request a belay check and do not pass may apply the $ 5.00 fee toward and orientation held within the following 2 weeks. This fee will not apply if no one int he group requests to belay during the groups scheduled time.

* Parties of 15 or more may be scheduled during closed hours upon Climb On manager's descretion.

* Party room rates $ 40.00 per extra 1/2 hour. Maxium
